Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation via your nominated email address. Please allow 5-7 working days for shipping of your purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your order. We will issue a refund if the items are in original condition and packaging. Please contact Taleah - hello@keptmelbourne.com for all returns. Please note the cost of shipping will not be refunded. We are not responsible for the shipping return cost of orders.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
Our products are packed with care but if you receive your product and it is damaged, please take a photo of the item immediately after receiving it, send it to hello@keptmelbourne.com and we can issue a replacement.
